Karnataka electricity distribution is managed by five companies (DISCOMs), each serving different regions of the state. BESCOM covers Bengaluru and surrounding districts, CESC covers Mysore region, MESCOM covers coastal Karnataka, HESCOM covers north Karnataka, and GESCOM covers the northeast region.
BESCOM publishes monthly Approved Line Clear Requests listing all planned maintenance shutdowns across the Bengaluru Transmission Zone. CESC Mysore publishes daily PDF notices. MyEB is building automated parsing for both sources to deliver area-level notifications.
