Your TNEB service number is on your electricity bill (top right). Enter it to pull up your account.

Choose the issue category, describe the problem, and submit. You'll get a reference number via SMS.

How to Escalate if Not Resolved
- 48 hours: If no response, call again with your complaint number
- 7 days: Escalate to the Assistant Engineer (AE) of your section

- 30 days: File complaint with TNERC (Tamil Nadu Electricity Regulatory Commission) at tnerc.gov.in
